Ver Lad's 40ths

Me and three of the guys I grew up with on Stapleton Avenue decided to have a bit of a get together near Brecon in Wales.We stayed here...

It doesn't look like much in the pictures, but it's actually very nice - big and in the middle of a beautiful Welsh valley, not that my photos do the place much justice.

So there we all were - a winemaker, a spy, a surveyor and an IT manager - middle aged and still going strong. Tim is the ruggedly handsome one, I'm the bald one, Aid is the one who doesn't look anywhere near 40 (lucky bugger) and John is the comical / intelligent looking one. Don't look to closely at the pictures as the sharpness is a bit wobbly, probably something to do with all the wine - adds to the artistic effect.
